Andrews Center
The Andrews Center serves as a central hub for student services at the College of Coastal Georgia, supporting students through academic, financial, and administrative resources. We were honored to partner in the transformation of this important campus facility through a comprehensive renovation designed to modernize the student experience while enhancing functionality, accessibility, and collaboration.
The project reimagined approximately 12,706 square feet of the Andrews Center, creating a vibrant and welcoming destination for students, faculty, and visitors. At the heart of the renovation is a dramatically transformed Student Commons and Student Success Center featuring open collaboration spaces, flexible seating areas, technology-integrated study environments, custom architectural millwork, and expansive storefront systems that promote visibility and connectivity throughout the facility. Contemporary finishes, updated lighting, decorative ceiling elements, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces create a bright, modern atmosphere that encourages engagement and community.
The renovation also included extensive updates to student service departments, office and support spaces, conference rooms, circulation corridors, restrooms, and building infrastructure. Significant mechanical, electrical, plumbing, technology, and life-safety improvements were incorporated throughout the project to support the College’s evolving needs and enhance long-term performance. The completed facility provides students with a centralized, modern environment that improves access to essential campus services while creating inviting spaces for learning, collaboration, and student success.

S&S Cafeteria
S&S Cafeteria has been a Macon landmark for generations, serving the community since relocating to Riverside Drive in 1972 and carrying forward a brand legacy that began in 1936. After devastating fire and water damage destroyed the restaurant in September 2024, we were honored to help bring this historic dining destination back to life through a complete interior renovation and restoration. The renovated 9,915-square-foot facility features a fully rebuilt dining room with custom black tables, chairs, and booths accented by decorative wood ceiling elements, creating a refreshed atmosphere while preserving the welcoming character generations of customers remember. The project included reconstruction of the main dining area, private dining room, take-out shoppe, kitchen, serving line, restrooms, and support spaces, restoring seating capacity for approximately 260 guests. This renovation ensures S&S Cafeteria will continue serving the Middle Georgia community for years to come while honoring nearly 90 years of tradition

Department of Driver Services
This Dept of Driver Services is currently being constructed in Hazlehurst Georgia. This project required extensive site work and value engineering to accommodate the functionality needs within a workable budget. The building will house a customer service area with a waiting room, several kiosks, a testing area, and a vestibule as well as restrooms to accommodate customers. It will also have 2 offices, a breakroom, storage rooms, electrical, mechanical, and comm rooms, and restrooms to accommodate staff. The project also includes paving parking lots, testing areas, and driveways.

Athletico
Athletico offers a variety of physical therapy, rehabilitation, and work comp services to help patients get back to doing what they love to do. We had the pleasure of renovating three locations in the Middle Georgia area for the specific needs of Athletico and their team of highly qualified Physical Therapists. These tenant buildouts fitted these spaces with a reception area and gym, 2 restrooms, staff offices, a laundry area, and a breakroom. After completion, each location can serve approximately 20 patients and 5 staff members at a time. With three locations in the Middle Georgia area Athletico is prepared to meet the needs of individuals and businesses in any corner of the community.

Women’s Health Group
This health facility, dedicated solely to the care of women in Middle Georgia, is in the final stages of completion. The facility houses twenty-six exam rooms, offices for 5 doctors, and plenty of space to accommodate staff and storage needs.

This fire station now supplies nearby residents and business owners with a wide variety of emergency and non-emergency services to the citizens and visitors of Locust Grove. The Fire Station features sleeping quarters for 10, kitchen and laundry facilities, a common living area, fitness room, and staff offices. The newly built Fire Station was completed in 2017.
